We are also members of Accredited Buyers Respresentative (ABR), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and hold the Master of Real Estate (MRE) designations. Tammy Schembri was the first in the State of Arizona to reach the new designation of Certified Residential Property Manager or (CRPM).

Currently serving AAR on Property Management Committees and SEVAR for Professional Standards and Osbudsman program for her local board of Realtors. Drew Y. Brantley

Residential, Commercial & Property Management

Drew was born in Burbank, California and moved to Tennessee when he was only 3 months old. In high school he began to intern at his fathers Real Estate Development Company, there he found a true passion for Real Estate.

After college he moved to Arizona in 2015 where he immediately began to pursue Real Estate. Drew handles Inspections of Rental Properties on the Property Management side and Residential sales and Branding on the buying and listing side. Drew enjoys caring for his three dogs, Abby, Tatum, and Piper and traveling in his spare time.

Jay Almeida

Jay is an Arizona Native, born and raised right here in the East Valley. After spending almost his entire professional career in and around the home industry, he considers himself an expert in all aspects of Real Estate. For over a decade he worked with wholesale manufacturing, distribution, and installation of building materials, interfacing with major Home Builders as the Builder Liaison and Tract Manager. Shortly after, he moved into mortgage banking and lending. A Decade later he has come full circle and has found his true passion as a Realtor. Armando Figueroa

Maintenance & Vendor Supervisor

I began my career in the industry in the Carpenters Union Apprentice Program in New Mexico, where I also was enrolled in the University of Phoenix studying Business Management. Starting with hands on experience in concrete, painting, framing and sheetrock among other elements in general building construction I built a solid foundation for myself. Later, I moved to Phoenix area and worked in commercial and residential construction. I soon recognized I found my niche in residential construction, where I am able to allow my artistic and creative talent to flourish. After an entire decade in the Phoenix area I was ready for a new challenge so I moved back to Southern New Mexico where I started Chief Cornerstone Builders, LLC. Recently life has brought my family and I back to the Phoenix area where I am still involved in construction and handyman services and pursuing new interests in real estate buying and selling. I take pride in every project and strive to please every client with my hard work and expertise.

Ed Venezia

With over 20 years in the residential Real Estate business, Ed has produced well over $100,000,000 in sales, earning him top producer awards year after year; but he considers his recognition in the area of customer service, as voted by his clients, to be his greatest achievement.

Ed explains that real success is not possible without the utmost attention to detail and a keen understanding and respect for the multitude of people working on his client’s behalf toward a successful closing: the other agent and client, the escrow officer, the appraiser and home inspector, and all of the many other agent and client, the escrow officer, the appraiser and home inspector, and all of the many other skilled workmen involved in the transaction. Ed’s experience in listing homes for sale and his success in negotiating contracts is a testament to his understanding of his clients’ wishes coupled with his understanding of Real Estate law. Over the years he has taught classes on the principles to other Real Estate professionals, along with mentoring others to succeed as well.

Maureen Venezia

With 20 plus years in the Real Estate business, Maureen brings her outstanding organization and management experience to our team. As her husband Ed's administrative assistant, working with both buyers and sellers, she qualifies, coordinates & schedules Ed's Real Estate appointments.

Together Maureen and Ed enjoy spending time with family, which includes son Dave, his wife Cathy and granddaughters Sophie and Josie. Their favorite pastime is European travel, their most beloved destination being Venice, Italy.

Alec Martucci

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Alec moved to Tucson, Arizona to attend the University of Arizona. Upon graduating, Alec had an impactful career while a working professional in the NFL, and is grateful for the experiences and skills he has gained there.

Outside of Real Estate Alec is a soccer coach at Arcadia High School in Scottsdale, Arizona fostering todays youth both on and off the field. Alec enjoys working out, drumming, mountain biking and hiking with his two dogs Frazier and Vinny.
